We do a lot of 2-phase cleanouts; before a house goes on the market we can cleanout the clutter and empty out the basement and attic, leaving the furniture for staging, then we can return again after it sells, before the closing. We are happy to come back as many times as you need to ensure your cleanout goals are met. There is no cleanout too big or too small!
